SPSO is the developer and investor of the Kraljeva česma – King’s Fountain residential and commercial complex, currently under construction at an exclusive location in Dedinje, Belgrade.
Scope of this privacy policy
This Privacy Policy governs the processing of your Personal Data when you interact with SPSO, including when you:
- express interest in purchasing or leasing real estate within the Kraljeva česma – King’s Fountain complex
- contact SPSO regarding the conclusion of a purchase or lease agreement

3. Data of purchasers and future tenants
SPSO processes Personal Data necessary for:
- preparing and concluding contracts
- fulfilling contractual obligations
- exercising rights and obligations arising from purchase or lease agreements relating to real estate within the Kraljeva česma complex
Personal Data collected for these purposes may include:
- name and surname
- residential address
- personal identification number (JMBG)
- ID card or passport number
- copies of identification documents
- contact information (telephone and email)
Following the conclusion of a purchase agreement, SPSO may also conclude a future lease agreement with the buyer in the capacity of tenant, in which case the same categories of Personal Data may be processed.
Legal basis: performance of contractual and legal obligations pursuant to Article 12(1)(2) and (3) of the Law.
4. Other voluntarily provided data
SPSO may process Personal Data that you voluntarily provide when:
- initiating contact with us
- communicating with us via telephone, email or questionnaires
- visiting our websites or social media pages
- engaging in business cooperation with us

- provide information about our projects and services

Personal Data are treated as confidential information and protected accordingly.
Within SPSO, access to Personal Data is granted only to employees or organizational units that require such access to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected.

In certain circumstances, Personal Data may be transferred outside the Republic of Serbia, specifically to the Swiss Confederation, where the founder of SPSO is headquartered.
